Job Title: Junior Engineer

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)     

Job Location: Contract on W2/1099 

Job Description

We are looking for AI Engineers to design and build production-grade AI agents using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, LangGraph, and LangChain.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Tool/Function Calling, RAG, and Agent Orchestration
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience with Vector Databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications
• Senior candidates should be able to lead and provide technical direction to a team of 3–4 engineers
• MCP, AI observability/evaluation, and production AI application experience is a plus
• Airline/Travel industry experience is preferred
