The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and support.
• Perform classic elder care duties, including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Provide professional and human guidance to auxiliary nursing staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (w/m/d).
• Alternatively, another completed vocational qualification in geriatric or general nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interactions.
