Job Description

Office Location: Ruislip/ Harrow

Hours: Monday to Friday ( Fully office-based)

Our client is a privately owned family business with a substantial portfolio of commercial property and hotel interests. They are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to become the CEO's trusted right hand. This is more than a traditional EA role—it's about enabling. You'll anticipate needs, protect the CEO's time, remove obstacles and ensure both business and personal priorities run seamlessly. Fast-paced, varied and ever-changing, you'll become the person the CEO relies on to keep everything organised, on track and moving forward.

The Role

Whilst providing seamless support across both business and personal priorities, you'll also play a key role across the wider business, supporting project coordination, supplier and property administration, communications, research, office organisation and business improvement initiatives.

  • Complex diary, inbox and calendar management
  • Protecting the CEO's time by managing competing priorities and acting as gatekeeper
  • Preparing presentations, briefing papers and meeting documentation
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas and action points
  • Booking UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
  • Supporting payment approvals and business administration
  • Managing personal appointments, travel and confidential administration
  • Overseeing personal expenditure, invoices, property and vehicle administration
  • Liaising with advisers, family office contacts and key stakeholders

About You

You'll have proven experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Entrepreneur, Managing Director or UHNW individual within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Highly organised, proactive and resourceful, you'll think several steps ahead, take ownership and instinctively create order from complexity, enabling the CEO to focus on leading the business.

You'll bring:

  • Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple, changing priorities with confidence
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Absolute professionalism, integrity and discretion

Salary will be dependent upon experience.
