Lead Burn Ambassador (Lead Front Desk/Sales)

The Lead Burn Ambassador plays a critical leadership role at Burn Boot Camp as the senior member of our client-facing front desk team.

As the first point of contact for new and current members — both in person and on social media — this role sets the tone for the member experience at every interaction. The Lead Burn Ambassador supports the General Manager in daily gym operations, leads and mentors the Burn Ambassador team, and ensures that every member encounter reflects the high standards of Burn Boot Camp’s culture.

Oversee Facility Management and Merchandising
Execute Sales and Marketing initiatives
Confident in sales conversations or eager to quickly learn a proven process
Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new platforms
Savvy on social media and able to capture authentic, on-brand content
Passionate about fitness, community, and the Burn Boot Camp mission
