Job Title: ON-SITE - VMware Cloud Infrastructure Architect - Recruitment #27 

Location:  Albany, NY 

Duration: 12 Months  

Job Description:   

• PHIG A3 DMA 

• This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Proposal Response. 

• 6 years’ experience development in medium to large-scale technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented. 

• 6 years’ experience in designing infrastructure solutions like virtualization, Storage, Middleware, Cloud Infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code 

• 6 years’ experience in managing virtualization like Vmware, Openshift Virtualization, AWS EC2, AWS VPC 

• 6 years’ experience managing backups using Veeam, Veeam Kasten, AWS Backup Solutions 

• 6 years’ experience with managing high available infrastructure, use of load balancers, managing multi region data replication. 

• 6 years’ experience in performing monitoring and logging functions across multi region data centers and cloud solution 

• 6 years’ experience with Orchestration and infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible.
