Job Title: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect -(17+ years of exp and Architect ONLY)

Location: BROADWAY, NYC, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is mandatory.
• Strong experience developing architectures, standards, and governance models for the OCI platform.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, services, governance, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with AI technologies available on any platform.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking.
• Experience with Cloud DevOps / Automation.
• Experience with Cloud Security.
• Experience with Cloud FinOps.
• Experience with Architecture Documentation using Visio or Abacus.
• Extensive experience with cloud servers and environments, including configuration, patching, network and VLAN configuration, backups, system monitoring, and alerts.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI), AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with database technologies including Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Golden Gate, RMAN, and database licensing.
• Experience with product architecture and roadmap assessment.
• Experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Multi-Cloud Architecture.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and API/CLI automation.
• Experience with SRE & DevOps, including monitoring, observability, and SLAs/SLOs/SLIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect Professional or Architect Associate certification.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Linux or network administrator skills.
• Experience with Exadata, ExaCC, ExaDB-D, Exascale, DBaaS, and OEM.
• Experience across other cloud providers for multi-cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Develop architectures, standards, and governance models primarily for the OCI platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into cloud architectures.
• Guide engineering teams and supplement their technical skill sets where required.
• Support hybrid integrations and migration initiatives involving on-premises infrastructure.
• Apply AI technologies supported on cloud platforms and demonstrate practical use of AI.
• Support the expansion of Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities.
• Assess product architecture and roadmaps.
• Support High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Multi-Cloud Architecture initiatives.
• Develop and support cloud automation using Terraform, Ansible, and API/CLI automation.
• Support monitoring, observability, and SRE/DevOps practices.
