Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional to lead our offline distributor partnerships vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners such as wealth advisors, IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), and other distribution networks to expand the reach of our Investment products in Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new offline distributors including IFAs, MFDs, financial planners, brokers, and wealth partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive consistent business and product adoption.
  • Training & Enablement: Educate partners on Investment product offerings, digital tools, and processes through regular training sessions and demos.
  • Market Expansion: Develop strategic plans to scale offline reach across untapped geographies and segments.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets through offline partner channels.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between the partners and internal product/operations teams to relay feedback and improve offerings.


Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in partnership development, B2B sales, or channel distribution in fintech, NBFC, AMC, or insurance companies.
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, bonds, insurance, or alternate investments.
  • Prior experience working with IFAs or wealth managers is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet partners across different cities.
  • Self-starter with a result-oriented approach.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
