Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Specialist who will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting processes
• Handle payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, TDS, GST, etc.)
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and dashboards
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow and optimize financial processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
• Experience with tools like Tally, Excel, or ERP systems
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
