We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, customizations, integrations, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.

- Create and maintain plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and custom actions.

- Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and automate business processes using Power Automate.

- Customize entities (tables), forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, OData, and Microsoft Dataverse.

- Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Work with Dataverse, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 Web API.

- Support data migration, data import/export, and data validation activities.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and resolve production defects.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers.

- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

- Follow Microsoft best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET development.

- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows, and custom APIs.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 Client API.

- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and the Dynamics 365 Web API.

- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform solutions.

- Experience with system integrations using REST APIs and OData.

- Understanding of security roles, business units, teams, and field-level security.

- Experience with solution management, environment configuration, and deployments.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
