Job Summary:

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer and Application Architect with over 6 years of experience to design, build, and scale enterprise applications leveraging AI/ML/LLM technologies. This role owns the end-to-end architecture of cloud-native solutions, spanning backend services, frontend interfaces, data pipelines, and DevOps automation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and data science teams to deliver robust GenAI-powered applications that drive measurable business impact. This individual will play a key role in modernizing infrastructure, improving system reliability, and accelerating delivery through CI/CD and cloud-native practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop full-stack applications integrating AI/ML and GenAI capabilities
• Design and implement scalable backend services using Java, Python, and Spring
• Build RAG-based and LLM-driven solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS Bedrock
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React
• Design and manage relational database schemas and data models
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and ELK
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes
• Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture standards and best practices
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across cloud environments
• Mentor engineering teams on architecture decisions and emerging AI/ML technologies

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full stack development and application architecture
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python
• Experience with relational databases (RDB)
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with GenAI, LLM, and AI/ML technologies
• Experience with RAG architectures and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Proficiency in React for frontend development
• Experience with Kafka for messaging and streaming
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS Bedrock specifically
• Experience architecting enterprise-scale GenAI applications
• Strong background in cloud-native system design
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers
