Technology Program Management Office

The Program Management Office (PMO) provides governance, oversight, and execution support across a diverse portfolio of projects and programs. Position Contributions-
As a Technology Project Manager within the PMO, the selected candidate will support the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology initiatives. This role requires the ability to work effectively across both business and technical functions while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. The Project Manager (PM) collaborates with project leaders, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to establish project plans, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage issues throughout the project lifecycle.

The PM is responsible for driving successful outcomes in a matrixed environment by coordinating resources, facilitating communication, and ensuring delivery against established objectives. The PM will build strong working relationships, adapt to changing business needs, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. What would be expected of you-
Develop project plans, risk registers, action plans, scope documentation, and resource requirements. Identify critical path activities, risk mitigation strategies, and alternative approaches to support project success.

Lead technology project delivery and oversee implementation activities, including status reporting, metrics tracking, change management, quality assurance, testing coordination, and release planning. Manage and coordinate project resources within a matrixed organizational structure. Identify and proactively monitor cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues while developing mitigation strategies. Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and foster a collaborative team environment.

Expertise you would bring-
Bachelor's degree required.
5-7 years of experience in technology project management utilizing project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Excel. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices utilizing Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies. Demonstrated success leading large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle. Professional project management and Agile certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP).

Proven ability to work effectively in remote or distributed team environments. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions with diverse stakeholder groups. Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure concepts preferred. Understanding of DevOps principles and modern testing practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
