Business Analyst

This position is onsite the Boston, we need only locl candidates with retail/ supply chain background. 

• Must have skilled SQL experience, Supply chain domain, and heavy BI tools (Excel, Tableau OR Power BI)
• Strong communication skills

The Business Analyst typically translates supply chain and operational challenges into clear insights and recommendations, sitting at the intersection of data fluency and business communication.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze supply chain and operational data using SQL, Excel and Tableau to answer complex business questions.
• Build reports, dashboards and data narratives that communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with supply chain, planning and corporate operations teams to define analytical requirements.
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop data-driven recommendations to address them.
• Present analysis and recommendations to Director-level stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years experience in a business analyst, data analyst or supply chain analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel and Tableau or Power BI skills.
• Supply chain domain knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
