Senior Delivery Manager

Location :: Menlo Park, CA 94025

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of client, research, and operational initiatives supporting innovative wearable healthcare and wellness solutions.

This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery, team leadership, client relationship management, resource performance, and escalation management. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, embraces ambiguity, contributes beyond project management, and enjoys participating in strategic discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and problem-solving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Program Management

· Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

· Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery governance.

· Identify, escalate, and resolve project issues proactively.

· Establish performance metrics and delivery reporting.


Team Leadership:

· Lead and manage Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and Regulatory/Research Associates.

· Drive team performance, productivity, accountability, and professional development.

· Support hiring, onboarding, resource planning, and workload management.

Client & Stakeholder Management

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.

· Manage client communications, expectations, and escalations.

· Build trusted relationships and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Strategic Contribution

· Actively participate in whiteboarding, brainstorming, solution design, and strategy sessions.

· Contribute ideas to improve processes, delivery models, and operational effectiveness.

· Partner with leadership to help scale operations and drive continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications Required:

· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, healthcare operations, clinical research, MedTech, or digital health.

· Experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


Preferred

· Experience in wearable devices, digital health, medical devices, or healthcare technology.

· Experience managing research, clinical, or healthcare operations teams.

· PMP, Agile, Lean, or other project management certifications are a plus.
