Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with strong ERP business process knowledge and excellent client-facing skills. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, supporting ERP functional activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Excellent proficiency in D365 Finance & Operations / ERP.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and articulation skills.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP functional solutions.
• Experience working with Development, BA, Testing, Onsite, and Offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Prepare high-level project plans for clients.
• Develop detailed project plans including dependencies, timelines, and team responsibilities.
• Execute projects according to the approved plan.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Coordinate effectively across Development, BA, Testing, Onsite, and Offshore teams.
• Maintain strong communication with client Infrastructure, PM, Security, IT, and Business teams.
• Ensure effective coordination between technical and functional teams.
• Support documentation, presentations, status updates, and client communications.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
