Total IT Experience: 10 to 12 years.
Location: Gastonia, NC 28052 (Onsite)
Required Technical Skill Set:
Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
& Operations, ERP
Total IT Experience 10 to 12 years.
Experience on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations 5+ years
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
Must-Have Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills
Client facing, assertive, excellent communication. Ensuring excellent Customer
Satisfaction from Business Requirements and ERP Functional perspective
High level understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations
Proficient in ERP Business Processes
Proficient and experienced in project management activities:
High level Project plan preparation for client
Detailed Project planning with dependencies and teams involved.
Executing the project as per the detailed plan and identifying the risks and
mitigation plan..
Ensuring the connect between the cross functional teams like Dev, Onsite, BAs,
Testing,
Ensuring connect with Client teams like Infra, PM, Security, business
stakeholders, IT stakeholders etc., to execute the project.
