The Role

• Assembling steel structures in medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV), including air and gas-insulated systems.
• Installing high and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems, along with components like high-voltage clamps and insulators.
• Performing assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable installations.
• Reviewing technical drawings and annotating revisions.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship in a relevant trade, such as a metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, or plant mechanic.
• Experience in metalworking, preferably from construction, mechanical engineering, energy, or manufacturing industries.
• Ideally, experience working with electrical installations.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to job sites with a personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments (Monday to Thursday) across Northeastern Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a self-motivated, responsible work ethic.
