We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a leading medical facility renowned for its specialized care in neurology and rehabilitation, located by the Baltic Sea. This hospital is a key provider of medical services in the region and is part of a respected healthcare group, acting as an academic teaching hospital.

The Role

• Provide specialized patient counseling, particularly for Parkinson's and epilepsy patients.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care measures with a neurological and therapeutic focus.
• Independently ensure quality of care through implementing standards, assessments, and scales.
• Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary treatment teams alongside physicians and therapists.
• Participate actively in case discussions and contribute to the development and implementation of neurological nursing concepts.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse or in a comparable profession.
• Experience in neurological patient care or a strong interest in the field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ideally experience with ORBIS.
• Willingness to work a 3-shift system, including weekends and holidays.
• Readiness to participate in specialized further training, particularly in neurology and stroke care.
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for independent, responsible work.
