Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM Consultant with 10+ years of experience in enterprise identity and access management, cloud security, and IAM architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting OCI IAM solutions, identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), automated provisioning, and enterprise cloud security controls.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, implement, and manage OCI IAM solutions, including identity domains, users, groups, dynamic groups, compartments, and IAM policies.

·       Configure identity federation, SSO, and access controls to secure OCI resources and enterprise applications.

·       Implement least-privilege access, role-based access control (RBAC), and secure cloud resource authorization.

·       Integrate OCI IAM with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP directories, and enterprise identity providers.

·       Implement automated identity provisioning, deprovisioning, directory synchronization, and identity lifecycle workflows.

·       Design and support secure OCI architectures, including high availability, disaster recovery, cloud migration, and multi-data-center deployments.

·       Support IAM platforms running on Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE), Kubernetes, and container-based architectures.

·       Implement and maintain cloud security controls, OCI Web Application Firewall (WAF), application security policies, and security hardening measures.

·       Conduct IAM and cloud security risk assessments, identify control gaps, and support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance activities.

·       Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, federation, integration, and production performance issues.

·       Lead IAM implementation, testing, migration, deployment, and technical documentation activities.

·       Collaborate with infrastructure, application, middleware, database, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure enterprise solutions.

·       Required Skills and Qualifications

·       10+ years of experience in IAM, enterprise security, cloud security, or related technical domains.

·       Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (OCI IAM).

·       Expertise in OCI identity domains, users, groups, dynamic groups, compartments, IAM policies, and access management.

·       Strong knowledge of SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, LDAP, and identity federation.

·       Experience integrating OCI IAM with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise applications.

·       Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and directory synchronization.

·       Strong understanding of OCI architecture, cloud security, access governance, and least-privilege principles.

·       Experience with SQL, Java, Jenkins, Ansible, or similar tools for integration and automation.

·       Proven ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues and lead enterprise implementation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE), Kubernetes, containerized IAM platforms, high availability, and disaster recovery.

·       Knowledge of OCI WAF, OWASP security controls, and common web application vulnerabilities.

·       Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud security and IAM services.

·       Experience with CyberArk or other privileged access management (PAM) solutions.

·       Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, and enterprise security audits.

·       Relevant OCI certifications, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate or other OCI security-related certifications.

·       Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or public-sector IAM deployments.
