Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• You should have strong Salesforce experience, including Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Solution Delivery roles.
• Should have experience as a Technical Product Owner or Lead Salesforce Functional/Technical Analyst.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, Omni studio, APIs, data migration, security model, Flows, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Proven ability to independently decompose features into end-to-end development stories and drive delivery execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
