Product Owner III

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Seeking to hire a Product Owner to lead the due diligence and discovery of Online Banking translation efforts • Partner with Localization and Content teams to audit customer-facing content and source identification • Define business requirements for site translation and channel experience • Own the project plan for Online Banking translation • Create implementation approach with alignment from Business, Content and Technical stakeholders • Document process for content identification, review, implementation and ongoing optimization • Work with Governance partners on overall approach and approval process.

MUST HAVE SKILLS: 
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. • Knowledge of delivering customer-facing software development • A self starter mindset with proven experience in delivering end to end experiences • Detail orientated with ability to translate complex information into business-friendly language • Ability to align various stakeholders across organizational teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills

FLEX SKILLS: 
• Spanish speaking a plus, but not a sole focus • Familiarity with content as a service • Adobe experience manager • Agile software development • Content translation tools
