- Agile Product Management serves as the internal voice of the customer.
- Defines system features and participates in validation.
- Responsible for the scope of work that the Agile Release Train (ART) will complete, and the vision and roadmap for the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Must be aware of other work being completed within the Portfolio so that they can help teams proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- The incumbent provides expert content/professional leadership on complex assignments/projects.
- Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
- Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
- Focuses on providing thought leadership but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.
- Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most complex assignments.
- 3 days a week from Plano, Texas
- Proven experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to solve complex business and technical challenges.
- Experience within the healthcare industry is required. PBM experience is preferred.
- Strong background in Agile Product Management, including backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and iterative product delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into actionable product and technical requirements.
- Experience defining and documenting system features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business and engineering stakeholders.
- Strong experience validating product functionality through testing, user feedback, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and product risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Recognized for providing thought leadership by driving innovation, influencing product strategy, and promoting Agile best practices.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understand system architecture, and make informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business priorities and technical feasibility.

- Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary.
- Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary.
- Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary.
- Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary.
- Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary.
- For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary.
- For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required, as driving is an essential job function.
