Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner or progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR practices
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Performance management and employee development
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial-sector experience preferred
• CHRP/CPHR certification is an asset
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Work Site: Kelowna, BC
