Field Canvassing Team Lead | Eden Prairie, MN | Hybrid

The Role
- Lead and develop a team of Field Canvassers to drive brand awareness and generate qualified sales leads in targeted neighborhoods.
- Plan and manage canvassing routes, including evenings and weekends, to maximize lead generation within assigned territories.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Field Canvassers, establishing clear accountability through performance goals and KPIs.
- Oversee permit requirements in assigned territories to ensure strict compliance with all local ordinances and regulations.
- Collaborate with Field Canvassing Managers and local Operations/Installation teams to enhance market presence and growth.
- Track and report on canvassing lead generation metrics to assess performance, ROI, and ensure sales lead quotas are exceeded.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in field canvassing, preferably within the direct-to-consumer industry.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, and lead generation.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, onboarding, and training field staff.
- Familiarity with current best practices and strategies for canvassing and field marketing.
- Ability to work outdoors in various climates, including evenings and weekends, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
