The Role

• Provide a full range of support to adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism, and physical disabilities.
• Assist with daily living skills, including personal care, meal preparation, budgeting, and engaging in community activities.
• Support individuals with health needs, following guidance from health professionals.
• Implement positive risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
• Perform manual handling and hoisting as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping using a digital system.

What You'll Need
