The Role

• Create a safe and stimulating environment conducive to children's growth and learning.

• Act as a Key Person, overseeing individual children's progress and fostering strong relationships with families.
• Prepare learning materials and arrange indoor/outdoor spaces to encourage exploration and development.

What You'll Need

• A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education.
• Demonstrated experience working with children under 5 years old.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to plan and execute age-appropriate activities.
