We're looking for a Senior Communication Designer who combines exceptional visual craft with conceptual thinking. Someone who is passionate about typography, composition and storytelling, and is equally comfortable leading projects, mentoring designers and presenting ideas to clients.

The Role

As a Senior Communication Designer, you'll lead the creative development of projects across branding, campaigns, digital and print communications. You'll take ownership from concept through to execution, collaborating closely with strategists, writers, brand partners and creative leadership to deliver thoughtful, impactful work.

You'll also play an important role in elevating the quality of design across the team through mentorship, creative guidance and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency, branding consultancy or creative studio.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across brand identity, corporate branding, campaigns and integrated communication.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy and design systems.
• Ability to translate strategic thinking into compelling visual communication.
• Experience leading projects from initial concept through to final execution.
• Confidence presenting ideas and rationale to both internal teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide junior designers and contribute to a positive creative culture.
• A keen interest in design, culture and emerging creative trends.

Professional Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
• Experience with Figma and designing for digital platforms.
• Strong artwork and production knowledge across print and digital.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Experience with motion design, video or animation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or interactive design is a bonus.
