HR Generalist | $34-$38/hour | Monday - Friday 8AM -5PM | Temporary-to-Hire
Competitive pay of $34-$38 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, with occasional availability outside normal business hours based on operational needs

A well-established manufacturing organization in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide hands-on support for employees and leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role supports employee relations, onboarding, HR documentation, timekeeping, payroll processes, benefits, and compliance. The HR Generalist will work closely with operational leaders to address workforce needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Provide HR guidance to employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, employee relations, and workplace concerns
Support timekeeping, attendance, payroll, employee data, and HR processes using Kronos/UKG and ADP
Assist with benefits administration, leave programs, workers' compensation, compliance, audits, and HR reporting
Previous HR Generalist or similar hands-on human resources experience
Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR practices, and employment compliance bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

The base pay range for this position is $34-$38 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
