Cisco Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Cisco networking infrastructure (routing, switching, and related technologies)
• Provide dedicated, hands-on support for a single enterprise client
• Travel to client and project sites as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Document network configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer with strong Cisco expertise (routing/switching, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent experience required; CCIE a plus)
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction
• Ability to work independently in a dedicated, client-facing role
