1. Develop platform automation services and orchestration workflows using programming and scripting languages.
2. Build REST API-based and event-driven integrations connecting enterprise platforms, infrastructure services, and operational systems.
3. Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning, lifecycle management, monitoring, inventory synchronization, and incident workflows.
4. Maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git-based delivery workflows while collaborating with architects and engineers to deliver reliable, production-ready automation solutions.

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, systems integration, API development, and infrastructure automation.
Technical Skills	Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, Terraform, Ansible, ServiceNow, Git, CI/CD, Kubernetes
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting enterprise private cloud and platform engineering environments, including self-service infrastructure services, platform onboarding, provisioning, and ongoing infrastructure lifecycle operations. Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs. Experience developing enterprise platform integrations and orchestration workflows connecting service management, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, inventory, asset management, and operational processes. Experience supporting automated infrastructure operations and service delivery, including incident and change management, configuration and asset synchronization, system interoperability, and reliability improvements across enterprise platforms.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

1. Experience developing event-driven integrations, message-based workflows, and automated infrastructure provisioning solutions.
2. Experience integrating monitoring, configuration management, inventory, and incident management platforms.
3. Strong software engineering, analytical problem-solving, technical communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
