Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions supporting AI-driven software delivery and agentic workflows. This role requires hands-on development experience, leadership on large-scale projects, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while delivering production-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation efforts for large, complex projects.
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
• Build agentic workflows, tools, APIs, and integrations using modern AI frameworks.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities that support AI-enabled software delivery.
• Create and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and accuracy.
• Identify technical risks and drive issue resolution.
• Provide timely updates on technical deliverables and project status.
• Ensure project objectives and development goals are successfully achieved.
• Mentor and support less-experienced developers.
• Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI agent capabilities.

Required Experience

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of AI/Agentic Software Engineering experience.
• Experience leading portions of one or more large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong background building production-quality distributed systems.
