Job Description

Position: Senior AI IT Support Specialist
Location: Woodlawn , MD Onsite (5 Days/Week)
Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AI software licensing, renewals, and compliance.
  • Administer AI infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud).
  • Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise AI platforms and end users.
  • Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Create technical documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
  • Support AI governance, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor''s degree with 10+ years of IT experience.
  • Experience supporting AI infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML platforms, software licensing, and configuration management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, system monitoring, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and security controls.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SSA Public Trust Clearance.
