Job Description :

Primary Skill

·       Enterprise Solution Architecture Cloud Architecture Application Modernization Integration Architecture

·       Strong experience in designing endtoend enterprise solutions across application data integration and AI architecture layers

·       Experience assessing existing CRM platforms Salesforce Dynamics 365 Oracle CX SAP CRM etc and defining futurestate architecture roadmaps

·       Proven experience in application modernization and rearchitecting legacymonolithic platforms into scalable APIfirst cloudnative architectures

·       Experience designing architectures that support AI Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases

·       Strong understanding of AI orchestration frameworks agent workflows tool integration patterns and humanintheloop processes

·       Experience integrating CRM platforms with AI services knowledge management platforms workflow systems and enterprise data sources

·       Experience with Microservices EventDriven Architecture APIled Integration and Enterprise Integration Patterns

·       Strong experience with Cloud Platforms AzureAWSGoogle Cloud Platform and cloudnative architecture principles

·       Ability to define architecture for autonomous and semiautonomous business processes leveraging AI agents

·       Experience creating architecture artifacts including CurrentState Assessment FutureState Architecture Capability Maps Solution Blueprints and Transformation Roadmaps

·       Strong understanding of Security Governance Observability and Responsible AI considerations for enterprise AI solutions

·       Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate architecture recommendations to business and technology leadership

Secondary Nice To Have Skills NOT MANDATORY

·       Experience with AIGenAI Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation solutions

·       Experience with DevSecOps CICD and Container Platforms Docker Kubernetes

·       Knowledge of Enterprise Data Platforms Data Governance and Analytics Architecture
