 Identity Graph - Customer Data - Marketing/Advertising.

  • Identity resolution / identity graph
    • Connecting customer identities across web, mobile, CRM, loyalty, dealership, media, and other touchpoints
    • Matching deterministic and probabilistic identifiers
    • Working with Acxiom on identity matching and graph optimization
  • Customer Data Architecture
    • Designing how customer data moves across enterprise systems
    • CRM → CDP/identity graph → analytics → marketing/media platforms
    • Data ingestion, transformation, governance, and activation
  • Digital data collection
    • Tags/pixels/events
    • Website and app tracking
    • Ensuring data collected from digital properties feeds the identity graph correctly
  • Marketing & Advertising technology
