Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Community Manager to join our QL Business Inner Circle team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with Business Inner Circle (BIC) members in assigned cities, handling their business-related queries, and guiding them on how our coaching programs can help scale their businesses and generating referrals to grow the BIC community.
Your primary objective will be to interact with BIC members who are eligible for our business coaching program, understand their business needs, explain the coaching roadmap, and pass on qualified prospects to the sales team for closure.
This role requires someone who is confident, business-minded, and comfortable working with MSME business owners. We are looking for someone who can build trust with clients and support revenue growth through structured client engagement.
Role Overview:
- Full-Time
- Pune (with extensive travel within Pune and nearby cities - up to 3 cities)
- QL Business Inner Circle
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- QL Business Inner Circle Head.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet BIC members and prospective premium clients in person and understand their business challenges and growth goals. Also generate referrals from happy BIC members to grow the BIC community in that city.
- Explain how the coaching roadmap and services can help scale their business.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for business-related queries from community members.
- Identify members eligible for coaching programs and qualify them based on business details and problem statements.
- Handover qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
- Follow up with clients in the decision or payment stage to ensure they sign up for coaching services.
- Drive BIC membership renewals by building strong relationships, tracking renewal timelines, and ensuring continued value delivery to members.
- Ensure repeat participation and high show-up rates for monthly BIC workshops by proactively engaging with members, confirming attendance, and addressing participation barriers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of BIC members in the city (and nearby cities which will be assigned).
- Maintain records of client interactions, qualified leads, follow-ups, and handovers.
- Collaborate with central teams to stay aligned on programs, schedules, and operational processes.

- Good business acumen.
- Ability to communicate in local languages of the assigned region.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
