What You’ll Do
:
Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and improve financial reporting and close processes
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), validate financial data, and support system implementations
Investigate data quality issues, reconcile financial information, and identify process improvements
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, auditors, and business leaders to deliver accurate, compliant financial solutions
Qualifications & Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting Finance or Accounting organizations
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT
Strong SQL, Excel, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
