The Role

• Responsible for vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Workshop Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical and operational aspects, adhering to company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Provide customer consultation and support from order acceptance to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service.
• Manage billing, customer funds, and the processing and scheduling of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training with several years of professional experience, ideally in automotive mechatronics, mechanics, or bodywork.
• Willingness to undergo the required proficiency test or already hold the "Workshop Manager (HWK)" qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trusting professional relationships.
