The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising products, baking, and operating modern POS systems.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts.
• Handle warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

• Previous retail experience, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision) preferred.
