The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a great shopping experience for customers.
• Handle product stocking, attractive merchandise presentation, baking, and operating modern check-out systems.
• Support the Scan&Go zone by ensuring functionality, promoting the system to customers, and providing assistance.
• Assist the store manager with operational tasks, including shift management, task coordination, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake inventory, cleaning, and stockroom duties.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead).
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility who enjoys motivating others.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, adapting to varied tasks.
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts in coordination with management.
