The Role

• Support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

• Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, ideally with some leadership experience, such as shift supervision.
• A team player with a high degree of responsibility, enjoyment in motivating others, and a passion for inspiring customers.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
