The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and an excellent shopping experience for customers.
• Actively engage in tasks including stocking shelves, presenting merchandise attractively, baking, and operating modern checkout systems.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Assist in leading the team and ensuring operational efficiency during shifts.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing industry, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision) highly desirable.
