Project Manager for Workplace AI Initiatives

Introduction:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team and support a global Workplace AI Program within the Digital Workplace PMO. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex, end-user-facing technology implementations and coordinating cross-functional teams. They will play a key role in deploying AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude Enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Workplace AI Program Manager with the strategy, planning, and deployment of a firmwide AI program.
• Manage medium- and large-scale global end-user-facing projects and platform changes.
• Coordinate projects involving Microsoft Copilot improvements, new AI agent releases, and Claude Enterprise or equivalent AI tools.
• Create and maintain deployment schedules.
• Manage project and program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Prepare regular status reports for senior management and support program-level oversight.
• Work with the User Education team on project communications, training, and operational support for a global user base.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, ideally within a financial services environment.
• Previous experience implementing end-user AI tools in a complex enterprise environment is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude Enterprise, or equivalent AI tools.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare information and status updates for senior management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing projects in a hybrid environment using Azure DevOps (ADO) and traditional waterfall methodologies.
• At least one of PRINCE2, PMP/PMI, Scrum Master, or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience engaging with Microsoft as a vendor.
• Microsoft certifications, such as Copilot-related certifications.
• Experience working with global user populations, training teams, and operational support functions.
• Financial services or banking industry experience.
