Very strong hands-on coding background
Strong familiarity with AI-assisted development
Experience leveraging code-generation tools and developer productivity platforms
Understanding of agentic AI concepts and their application within software engineering workflows
Ability to work independently in a product engineering environment
Strong communication skills and ability to influence engineering practices across teams
High bar for technical quality and problem-solving capability
