The Opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced Workplace Engineer/Application Packager to join a growing End User Services team, supporting high-profile clients and helping improve how applications are delivered to end users.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of application packaging, testing and troubleshooting, while also looking for opportunities to improve processes and introduce automation.

What you'll be doing

• Packaging applications across multiple platforms
• Using a range of application packaging tools and formats
• Carrying out quality assurance and application testing
• Troubleshooting packaging and application issues
• Supporting UAT and resolving faults
• Producing clear technical documentation
• Working with clients, third parties and software vendors
• Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in Application Packaging
• Experience packaging applications across multiple platforms
• Good knowledge of different packaging tools and formats
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with application testing and QA
• SCCM Current Branch experience is desirable
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
