Position Summary

The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will support Cybersecurity Strategic Initiatives by partnering with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, and to support the analysis and improvement of existing business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

·       Analyze business processes and requirements to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of IT and cybersecurity solutions

·       Partner with customers and technical teams to gather, document, and communicate requirements

·       Coordinate initiatives and project activities across multiple stakeholders

·       Perform integration and regression testing to support solution delivery

·       Provide operational support by investigating and resolving system issues

·       Deliver training, demos, and support adoption of new and enhanced solutions

·       Develop and maintain documentation, including procedures, workflows, and process diagrams

·       Recommend process, control, and technology improvements based on metrics, findings, and resiliency gaps

Required/ Desired Skills

·       Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

·       Experience coordinating initiatives and projects

·       Hands-on experience with system testing (integration and regression)

·       Experience supporting customers and resolving production issues

·       Ability to develop training materials (presentations, guides, job aids, videos)

·       Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

·       Familiarity with ITIL processes and work management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Change Gear)

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Visio

·       Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
