Paragon Automotive is a busy, fast-growing used-car dealership located on the high-traffic Military Highway corridor. We specialize in high-quality pre-owned vehicles and provide a straightforward, customer-first buying experience. We’re expanding our team and looking for energetic sales professionals ready to earn and grow.

• Responsibilities*
• Greet customers and guide them through the sales process from start to finish.
• Respond to online leads, phone calls, and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
• Conduct test drives and confidently explain vehicle features, options, and financing.
• Follow up with potential buyers through calls, texts, and email to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (DealerCenter).
• Assist with inventory tracking and dealership events.

• Qualifications*
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
• At least 1 year of Automotive Sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus - bonus incentive offered.
• Professional appearance and punctuality required.
