Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong application development experience using Java/J2EE in an AWS cloud environment.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Camunda and Apache Airflow for complex workflow orchestration.
• Experience automating bulk data ingestion, managing dependencies, monitoring executions, and processing high-volume datasets reliably.
• Proven experience optimizing applications for high-volume data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning, workload distribution, auto-scaling, and resiliency enhancements.
• Excellent application coding, testing, maintenance, and debugging skills.
• Experience with JUnit and Cucumber testing frameworks.
• Experience with APM monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
• Mandatory hands-on experience implementing solutions on AWS.
• Mandatory expertise in Terraform and infrastructure management.

Client Interaction and Delivery Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in understanding business and technical requirements.
• Interact directly with clients to gather requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
• Document requirements clearly, including defined scope and deliverables.
• Set realistic expectations and coordinate implementation activities.
• Take ownership of delivery schedules and ensure timely project completion.

Banking and Domain-Specific Requirements

• Mandatory understanding of banking product architecture.
• Mandatory experience in the wallets and cards domain.
• Strong understanding of wallet and card transaction datasets.
• Experience handling high-volume transaction data loading, transformation, and processing.
