Senior IT Project Manager - SAP EWM

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the technology deployment for a new greenfield warehouse. This role will be responsible for coordinating all IT-related workstreams from facility construction through go-live, including SAP EWM, IT infrastructure, warehouse automation, system integrations, and stakeholder management across both IT and non-IT organizations.

The ideal candidate has successfully delivered large warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics facility projects involving enterprise applications, infrastructure, automation systems, and third-party system integrators. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
10+ years of IT project or program management experience. Proven experience delivering warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution center projects. Experience with at least one greenfield facility deployment from design through go-live.

Strong understanding of SAP EWM and enterprise system integrations. Experience managing infrastructure deployments including networking, cabling, wireless, servers, and end-user technologies. Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, AMRs, conveyors, RFID, WES, and WCS. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Engineering, Facilities, and third-party vendors. Experience managing system integrators, budgets, schedules, and executive communications.

Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification. Experience with warehouse automation vendors such as Geek+, Dematic, Kardex, or Toyota. Experience integrating warehouse automation with SAP EWM. What Success Looks Like
Effective coordination across IT, Operations, Facilities, Construction, and external vendors. Stable go-live with minimal operational disruption and successful transition to support teams.
