Business Systems Analyst Project Manager

We a re looking for a Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager to support the Development and Deployment of a Restricted Web Presence and content management system for the Military OneSource program.
Essential Functions Include
Responsible for monitoring project progress and budget against established timeline
Reviews all artifacts for quality and on-time delivery
Prepares feedback reports and communication status with Optum Serve on mutually agreed occurrence
Coordinates and facilitates client review and feedback meetings with key stakeholders and SMEs Responsible for writing and managing business requirements and stories
Prepares training materials and knowledge transition to Optum Serve content editors

Job Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business analysis and systems development
Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development (or product) lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency
Experience in generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insight
1+ years managing large scale projects and user testing
Ability to author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferences:
1+ years’ experience implementing content management solutions
