Candidate Requirements:
Need senior candidates with Lead experience and 15+ years of overall experience.
Must have strong experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
Must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Must be willing to work 5 days onsite at the location.

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze/create functional documents, design, develop, enhance, and support software solutions and integrations across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 Supply Chain applications.

Work from defined business requirements and functional specifications to design and deliver effective technical solutions.

Provide techno-functional expertise in INV, BOM, WIP, WMS, Shipping, and OM modules to support ongoing operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain customizations, interfaces, conversions, reports, extensions, and APIs to support business requirements.

Analyze and resolve complex application and data issues through technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and sustainable solution design.

Work closely with Technical Product Owners, DBAs, and development teams across the enterprise to support solution delivery, issue resolution, and ongoing system improvements.

Support deployment readiness and implementation activities for system enhancements, integrations, and application changes.

Create and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, process flows, and support procedures.

Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices for application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Support enhancement projects, system upgrades, and process optimization efforts across enterprise applications.
