Working Days: Monday through Friday
Working Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM PT
Interview Format: Two Rounds (1. Hiring Manager [30 minutes]; 2. Upper Management [30 minutes])
Role Overview
We are seeking an adaptable Hybrid Technical Program Manager & Business Analyst (7+ years experience) to support the setup, tracking, and requirements infrastructure for an overarching Agentic AI Platform. Content Composer is the anchor project under this platform umbrella, with additional AI modules following.

In this contractor role, you will establish program tracking frameworks from scratch, assist in monitoring timelines, author detailed user stories from product epics, and conduct system research. You will play a key role in tracking delivery dependencies across collaborating technical teams—including DSML (Data Science & Machine Learning) and RDT (Roche Digital/Diagnostics Technology)—while bridging functional alignment between local US teams and Roche Global teams.

Key Responsibilities
Program Standup & Cross-Team Tracking
Setup from Scratch: Establish program management frameworks, Jira/Confluence structures, RAID logs, and status reporting templates from zero.

Delivery & Dependency Tracking: Track milestone schedules and cross-team delivery dependencies across collaborating units (DSML, RDT, engineering, and business stakeholders).

US & Roche Global Alignment: Act as a functional bridge between local US stakeholders and Roche Global teams to align requirements, manage time-zone dependencies, and ensure joint delivery.
Requirements & Agile Documentation
Epic Decomposition & Story Authoring: Take high-level epics defined by Product Managers and detail them into comprehensive user stories; provide clarity and guidance on testable Acceptance Criteria (Given/When/Then) to ensure developer readiness.

Specification Drafting: Draft and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), PRDs, and "as-is/to-be" process blueprints (Lucidchart/Miro) covering user journeys and human-in-the-loop (HITL) review points.

Agentic AI Specs: Document functional requirements for agentic AI workflows (prompts, context retrieval/RAG, tool utilization, guardrails) in close coordination with DSML teams.
Ecosystem Integration & System Research
Content Stack Integration: Map functional requirements across active platforms: Adobe stack (Workfront, DAM, AJO, Express), VVPM (compliance/MLR routing), Adobe Target/Optimizely.

System Assessments: Conduct research and feasibility analysis to support requirement drafting for platform assessments involving next-gen Adobe offerings: GenStudio, CX CoWork & Other AI vendors in the content space.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in combined functional-technical TPM/BA roles across software, digital transformation, content systems, or AI initiatives.
Program Setup from Zero: Demonstrated experience standing up program tracking, backlog management, and governance frameworks from scratch.

XF Collab & Coordination: Proven ability to track deliverables across technical teams (DSML, RDT) and bridge collaboration between local US and global enterprise teams (pharma/life sciences experience is a strong plus).

Requirements Drafting: Strong expertise elaborating PM-defined epics into granular user stories, defining and clarifying acceptance criteria, mapping process flows (Lucidchart/Miro), and drafting functional specs.

Domain & AI Exposure: Exposure to the Adobe ecosystem, VVPM, a solid working understanding of Generative AI/agentic concepts.

Agile Proficiency: Practical experience working within Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
--------------------------------------
Notes for Recruiter:
Functional-Technical Profile: This is a hybrid role bridging business stakeholders and technical engineering/data science teams. Candidates do not need to write code or train ML models, but they must have the technical fluency to talk APIs, content schemas, RAG pipelines, and LLM workflows with engineering groups (DSML, RDT), translating those technical capabilities into business user stories and process diagrams.

Core Strengths Needed

Program Setup from Scratch: Proven ability to build Jira/Confluence structures, RAID logs, dependency maps, and status dashboards from scratch.

Epic Decomposition: Ability to take high-level epics written by Product Managers and flesh them out into detailed, developer-ready user stories with testable Acceptance Criteria (Given/When/Then).

XF Delivery: Experience tracking deliverables across data science (DSML), technology engineering (RDT), and bridging alignment between local US teams and Roche Global teams.

Domain Familiarity: Hands-on experience or solid working knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem (Workfront, DAM, AJO, Express, GenStudio, CX CoWork), VVPM (compliance/MLR routing), and Generative AI/agentic concepts.

AI Disclosure: This recruitment process will not use automated or AI-enabled tools to assist with application screening and scheduling. All hiring decisions are made by qualified human reviewers.
